After getting a total of 4 bids, my wife and I asked Mark, of Allen Exterior Remodeling, Inc., to reside our 32 year old manufactured home. The residing job looks amazing and very professional, and we are very happy with the results. We even enjoyed hearing his crew sing as they worked. It told us they must be enjoying their work. We love their service on our roof. Mark first came to evaluate our roofs to see what were needed. He noted down all the details and explained all the reasonable charges. I’ve use AER twice now.The first time I had a leak in a very tricky part of my roof. I brought a lot of different groups out and got a lot of different answers and indecision. When Mark took a look he went out to his Truck and came back with a very well thought out plan. I went with AER because of the thoroughness of thought he showed. They made the fix and it has lasted through multiple wet seasons.More recently I had a tree fall and hit my house. AER came out to take a look quickly. The proposal was thorough and showed thoughtfulness as usual. The work got done quickly and was excellent as usual.I’ve seen a lot of proposals that have a cheap floor prices, but they lack things that are needed or have ways to tack on additional fees. In contrast The proposals I’ve gotten from AER are always very straightforward.AER is worth your consideration for roofing projects.

Working with Allen Exterior Remodeling was a very positive experience. I had never had a big project done and the work crew was so great. They explained each thing they were doing and were happy to answer my questions. Mark came and checked out the job when it was completed. The best part was when he asked me if I wanted to see what the roof looked like. I said I did so he went up and held the ladder at the top and one of the workers held the ladder at the bottom. I climbed up there and the roof is BEAUTIFUL!!! It was quite a thrill for this 71 year old lady to get to do that. I highly recommend Allen Exterior Remodeling if you want a job well done.

I had viewed a re-roof in our manufactured home park that Allen Exterior had done. It looked good to me.So, needing a roof replaced in October, I included them in my requests for quotes from 3 different companies.The quote Mark (the owner of Allen Exterior Remodeling) was by far the most detailed and comprehensive quote on what needed to be done, the materials to be used, and the time frame to do it.Mark was very happy to share his ideas and reasoning on both the scope of work and material selection.It was a bonus that the quoted price was very reasonable.The roof was done in a timely manner as the weather permitted (late fall). Mark kept me informed of every step. His crew was always very professional.I have no hesitations in recommending Allen Exterior Remodeling.
